As part of an honours thesis, and a larger ongoing research initiative, a search is underway in the Atlantic provinces for individuals who would be willing to complete a survey pertaining to their experiences with cardiac rehab.
- The organizers are also interested in hearing from individuals who experienced a heart attack, a heart surgery/procedure, heart failure, or other heart conditions, who did not participate in cardiac rehab!
- The survey is available in both English and French, takes about 20 minute to complete, and participants will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a $50 gift card.
