Wellness Challenge Winner

Congratulations goes to Diane Nealis, a retired teacher living in Fredericton, as the winner of the NBSRT Fall Wellness Challenge.  Her entry was drawn from numerous entries.

Diane, who is very active and loves the outdoors, created a fall wellness plan that included hikes of local spots within New Brunswick.  She knows the importance of physical activity as a central component in an active and healthy lifestyle and combined her love of the outdoors with enjoying a number of beautiful sites as part of a wellness hike.  Congratulations, Diane – hope you enjoy the book.

The theme of many of the contest submissions tended to be ‘the environment” – combining a walk or a hike with enjoying the beauty of our spectacular province.  Other entries included activities such as: golf, skipping, tennis, dance, knitting, fishing, reading, and personal exercises, etc.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share.
