Sunrise In Kandahar

Do you know Carol Knepper? She is a retired teacher who lives in Quispamsis, NB, and who is a member of the King’s County Retired Teachers’ Association, the local branch of the NBSRT.

Since she retired in 2003, Carol has busied herself with writing both prose and poetry.  In 2014, she was a recipient of the World Poetry Lifetime Achievement Award.  For a more in-depth understanding of Carol’s interest in the written word, her poem Sunrise in Kandahar, and other poems penned by Carol, click on the following:
