Be Sure To Attend
NBSRT is sponsoring an ESTATE PLANNING webinar – Wednesday Feb 15th at 7:00 PM.
This webinar is not only for members of the NBSRT, but is open to all retired teachers and others as a public service.
If you have retired colleagues who are not NBSRT members, be sure to invite them to attend as one of the topics has to do with the NBTA Survivor Benefit.
Retired teacher or not, there will be something for everyone to consider when planning the final disposition of one’s estate.

NBSRT President Bob Fitzpatrick will be the moderator for the session. He has had this Estate Planning session on his “to do” list for some time. Join Bob as he uses his friendly and easy-going style to introduce our guest speakers and to facilitate an important exchange of information.
Jodi Lee-White is a Fredericton based lawyer who chairs elder law and estate planning sections in the Canadian Bar Association, NB branch. She is also highly sought out to present regularly to legal and estate planning professionals and the public on estate planning topics encouraging everyone over the age of majority to have valid, up-to-date, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney with sufficient checks and balances to insure their long-term care, autonomy and dignity.

Dave Gorman is a Fredericton based financial advisor who is known as being “…among the top professionals in the global life insurance and financial services industry” with a recognized expertise in estate planning. Dave will provide advice related to, among other topics, survivor and death benefits, transferring investments to a surviving spouse, avoiding probate, and keeping “... your most valued secrets out of the public archives.”
Thank you to the NBSRT for providing such a useful webinar. One never knows what tomorrow may bring even if you are in good health today.
Is there a link where friends who are not teachers can access this webinar either live of the recoded version?
NBSRT members and the general public can view the webinar by opening the REGISTER HERE link above. Each attendee must register separately.
Excellent offering!
Will this be recorded and available to be viewed at another time? Comments from members are some cannot be available at that time but would really like to view it later.
Thank You
That’s the plan if technology can be made to co-operate!
