Victoria-Tobique Honors Special Guest

Victoria-Tobique branch held their AGM on Thursday May 28th at the Legion in Plaster Rock. Our special guest was Robert (Bob) Penny, who was presented with a copy of “The Bell Rang 50 Years Ago.” Bob is included in two sections of the book, once as a past President of the NBSRT and once as an Honourary Life Member.
