KCRTA Spring Luncheon

The King’s County Retired Teachers Association (KCRTA) held its Annual General Meeting and Spring Luncheon on May 21, 2025, in Hampton.

Following his President’s Report, Joe introduced guest speaker Rod Campbell, Provincial President of the New Brunswick Society of Retired Teachers (NBSRT). Rod reflected on the 50-year history of the NBSRT, highlighting the many positive changes achieved through the dedication and advocacy of retired teachers. He also commended the vision and efforts of the organization’s founders.

Guests enjoyed a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings, including a generous selection of desserts and gluten-free options.

In honour of the NBSRT’s 50th Anniversary, the KCRTA Branch subsidized the cost of the meal—a much-appreciated gesture that made the celebration even more special.
