Retired Teachers Volunteer – A Lot

Results Are In

During 2022-2023, a provincial survey was administered focused on the topic of Volunteering. The goal was to find out more about our membership’s level of engagement and about the kinds of volunteering opportunities that exist. Along with this, we asked for the benefits our members received by the giving of their time and expertise. The survey responses were overwhelming and continue to arrive, with over 160 respondents to date.

The NBSRT Executive wishes to provide support to any branch wishing to celebrate a special anniversary.If you are planning to celebrate a branch related anniversary in 2026, you can apply to receive a grant of $10 per year in support of the celebration.
