Restigouche AGM 2022

Restigouche Retired Teachers met on November 8, 2022 at La Source in Charlo for their 1st AGM since 2019. Vice President, Allan Hayes, was in the Chair.

Randy Hunter (Top photo – 3rd from the left) is our New President, replacing Jamie Daye who had been in the Chair since 2008!! Thank you Jamie for your many years of leadership and the many other duties that you and your Executive Assistant Micheline carried out for us. A very big welcome is extended to Randy for agreeing to take the reins. Thanks also to Allan Hayes – Vice President, Pam Duncan – Treasurer, and Heather Ross – Secretary for agreeing to continue in your roles on the Executive.

After the meeting members enjoyed a delicious lunch, many having La Source’s famous barbecued chicken.

Members were happy to be together, their smiles & laughter reminiscent of gatherings in the staff rooms of years gone by.
